Zenstar Developments Ltd. has been building custom homes since 1996. We have been designing and building custom homes in rural residential developments, on city lots and developing in-fill properties in mature areas. Design of our homes is done in house with attention to details like large windows that allow warm natural light to warm your body and soul and architectural features catch your eye and entertain your mind.. As each new home is a custom project, we listen carefully to the ideas and direction our clients provide for what they would like to see as a finished home. We turn those thoughts into a design.
